GUILD RECRUITMENT RULES & GUIDELINES
* This section is used for Guild Recruitment discussion only. Please use this section as a recruitment tool and not a general chat thread for your guild. If you would like to create a chat thread for your guild, please do so in the Off Topic forums.
* This section is specifically for guilds that are recruiting. If you are looking to join a guild, please use the Official Looking for a Guild thread found in the main Guild Hall area.
* If you are looking for a guild, please make sure to follow the instructions in the desired guild's recruitment thread before posting. Some guilds require that you apply in a certain format, including posting in their private forums. Practice good judgment before divulging any personal information about yourself.
* Duplicate postings, spam, bumping and trolling posts are not allowed and will be removed and the user may be warned or given infractions.
* Bashing of other guilds or attempting to cross-advertise will not be tolerated.
* Please remember that the quality of your posts is more important than the quantity.
* Do not post a Recruitment Message on anyone's Visitor Wall. Guild Recruitment posts made on Visitor Walls that are reported will be treated as spam and will be removed.
Examples of good post topics inside your guild thread: Website upgrades, new member announcements, questions from non-members, guild "meetings” or gatherings, and answers to guild inquiries.
Examples of bad post topics inside your guild thread: Guild chatter "Has anyone seen X movie or played X game?”, bump posts, negative posts about other guilds, repeated posts about the same topic.
